New Facility (Unit 3)

• A State of the Art facility, built to meet USFDA and EUGMP Standards to manufacture OSD Formulations spread across an area of 90,000 Sq.ft.

• MARS incorporated 15 years of experience into the design of this facility to meet specific cGMP requirements for US and European Markets.
• Commercial production is expected to commence in the second quarter of 2008.

Purified Water System

  • Steam jacketed purified water storage tank (2000 Ltrs) for effective sanitization of the storage and distribution skid.
 
Utilities
  • Dedicated HVAC systems for all critical process areas.
  • 36 AHU’s are supported with 5 ventilation and 6 exhaust units.
  • Terminal HEPA filters with filtration efficiency of 99.97% down to 0.3u size.
  • Process areas are controlled at temperature 23+2c and RH 45+ 5 %
